This premium sealant is a high-performance, multi-purpose sealant formulated to provide maximum durability and last for the lifetime of your home. It offers excellent paintability and includes HomeShield™ Antimicrobial Protection to protect against the worst mold and mildew types. The sealant adheres to painted and unpainted wood, tile, plaster, drywall, brick, glass, metal, aluminum, concrete, masonry, and more and should be used on primed surfaces. It is excellent for window and door frames, siding, trim, baseboards, subfloors, countertops, sinks, bathtubs, vents, and more. It is not recommended for use on vehicles, fish tanks or aquariums, mirrors, or below waterline or below-grade applications. Note: The surface must be clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, grease, oil, mildew, wax, loose paint, frost, and old caulking before application. Protect from water until fully cured, as cooler temperatures and higher humidity will extend the cure time. Joint width should not exceed 1/2"; if the joint depth exceeds 1/4", use a backer rod.
