These all-plastic mushroom-style tank vent caps, or tank breather caps, keep out rain, debris, airborne seeds, and insects while allowing tanks or enclosures to vent correctly. The caps can be used for roof vent stacks, air intakes, machine cabinets, and exhaust pipes. The electrical-grade PVC material is mineral-filled to provide higher impact resistance and higher temperature service than standard PVC. The slip mount caps are often cemented with PVC cement or left loose to be removed easily, depending on the application.
