Protect chemicals in 5 gallon pails, jerricans, and carboys from costly and harmful spills with the PailVault™ and PailVault™ PLUS. These modular chemical-resistant containment enclosures exceed the EPA's 40CFR regulations on secondary containment requirements. Made of rotationally molded linear polyethylene, the PailVault™ is a durable, UV- and weather-resistant enclosure that keeps your chemicals safe and secure, even in direct sunlight and outdoor exposure. Each unit fits one 5 gallon pail, jerrican, or other small container and is lightweight and compact for easy transportation and storage. These containers are designed with a secure top, which can be configured with several optional items that are sold separately. The rigid suction tube assembly with foot valve and tubing connection is an excellent option for connecting tubing to metering pumps. For best practices, safe management, and oversight of all hazardous chemicals, the PailVault™ can be configured in single or multiple series or units with the optional connecting ring. Anchoring points on the modular connecting rings also allow the enclosure to be secured to the floor or other flat surfaces. Security locking bolts are also available as an additional option to prevent unauthorized access to chemicals. Choices for the enclosures include the PailVault™ standard option with a plain lid or the deluxe option, with three tubing seal fittings in the cover and a 3P document protector on one side. The PailVault™ PLUS allows operators to secure a metering pump (not included) to one side of the 2-part split removable cover. This is convenient for removing half of the lid to exchange the enclosed pail, jerrican, or container without disturbing the mounted pump. This lid's "handshake" design secures the cover and keeps moisture out. The PLUS option is available by purchasing a complete PailVault™ PLUS assembly with three tubing seal fittings and document protector or just a PLUS lid, which can be used on regular PailVaults™.
