These 4-way tee fittings are made up of three sockets on an even surface with a fourth socket creating a 90° angle from these three sides and are excellent for multi-tiered structures, like racks, shelving units, and storage systems. They are designed to fit over the outside wall of the PVC pipe and are slip by slip. External fittings can accommodate thinner wall pipe as the outer diameter does not change; only wall thickness does (all sizing is approximate).
