Nycast® 6PA Natural Rod

This nylon is superior engineering material for many diverse applications, the primary use as a bearing material, without lubrication, (under low PV limits) up to the point where a self lubricating or superior wear material becomes necessary.

Has replaced bronze, brass, steel, aluminum & others
High impact resistance; Extremely good wear resistance
Not subject to embrittlement or deterioration
Excellent vibration resistance
High heat distortion temperature
High tensile strength & high module of elasticity
Max. temp.: 330°F intermittent & 230°F continuous
Cut tolerance ±1/4"
2"- 8" are standard 4' lengths & 9"-12" are standard 2' lengths
