The Kuri Tec® flexible polyethylene hose is food grade for applications in which a PVC hose may not be suitable. This hose is made of three layers. It has an inner tube made from food-grade and RoHS-compliant polyethylene (Durometer hardness Shore A 82). It is reinforced with high tensile strength yarn; then covered with another layer of food-grade RoHS-compliant polyethylene (Durometer hardness Shore A 68). The hose is a flexible, non-chlorinated non-PVC hose that can be incinerated without harmful emissions. It is ideal for food transfer and applications involving radiation or other contaminants that require disposal of the hose after use.
