The newly designed pour corners of the Super Pan V® are up to 300% stronger and will resist dents and dings in the toughest kitchen environments. Since corners won't bend, the pan sits flat in steam table wells - saving energy and improving the look and cleanliness of your buffet line.

• Capacity is stamped on the bottom as easy reference for accurate yield & portion control
• Coved interior corners are shaped to the spoon, maximizing serving yield & for easy cleaning
• Flat edges & corners keep pans tight in the well, sealing in heat & cold to keep temperature even
• Anti-jamming design prevents pans from sticking together
• 84112 & 84115 have retractable handles that let you lift & carry pans with ease
• Handles fit flush over the top edge for neat appearance & to help reduce steam release
• Special notched covers fit the pans & are recommended for safe & secure transport
