A new generation of thermoplastic floating ball valves, the TBH Series features a low-maintenance design with System2™ Sealing Technology. The System2™ Sealing Technology utilizes the upstream seat as a backup to the downstream seat and enhances the sealing of the downstream seat. This ensures a longer life cycle and performance of the valve vs. conventional seat designs. The PFAS-free TBH Series valves feature UHMWHDPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight High Density Polyethylene) seats and are assembled using PFAS-free lubricants for systems requiring PFAS (PFOS & PFOA) detection and remediation. These valves are an alternative to PFAS treatment, testing, and remediation applications or applications where the presence of PTFE may be of concern. The UHMWHDPE seats offer increased toughness and impact and crack resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, and good chemical resistance.
