Interface pressure sensors, PLCs, sensors, joysticks, and more with the Ana-Box™ Analog Sensor Interface, which attaches to a pump with an RS-232 interface. The sensor interface can vary the pumping rate proportionately to a variable voltage input, start or stop the pump at set voltages, and vary the pumping rate to maintain a voltage window (i.e., a pressure or pH level). It operates as a standalone unit without a computer but can optionally output event data to a computer for data logging. A few operational modes available are pressure-controlled infusion, which automatically varies the pumping rate to maintain pressure by utilizing the pressure sensor with a voltage output, and ramping (gradient with voltage), which automatically adjusts the pumping rate proportionally to the voltage.
