These peristaltic pumps pump measured dispenses for the production filling of bottles and have better precision with low flow rates and small dispense volumes. They pump from a reservoir through replaceable continuous tubing, so the fluid only comes into contact with the tubing, not the pump. The pumps can dispense and withdraw and continuously pump with programmable volumes of up to 40 saved dispenses. The system has a non-volatile memory of all operating parameters and pumping programs, and the keypad interface is easy to use. The pump can be operated from an optional foot switch or external sensor and is fully programmable with a computer interface for more advanced applications. It features RS-232 bi-directional control for complete control from a PC with up to 100 devices that can be networked, controlled, and monitored with one computer. The digital logic control with software-filtered control inputs eliminates glitches and ringing on the control inputs. The configurable TTL operational trigger is for foot switches and other devices. The Learn and Repeat™ mode improves dispense productivity by teaching the pump the volume of a bottle or container to fill all subsequent containers to the same volume. The slow-down mode improves the accuracy of dispenses, and the anti-drip mode stops oozing after dispenses. The power failure mode restarts the pumping program after a power interruption, and the calibration mode improves accuracy with under 3% error. The programming mode allows for complex pumping applications and interaction with external devices. Each pump includes a space-saving chassis, audible alarm, quick-change pumping head for a fast and easy switch between fluids, and a 5' length of tubing that can be attached to the pump head. Pumps operate from the included 12VDC power supply and feature a two-year warranty. Note: Actual dispensing values depend on line pressure, liquid viscosity, and pumping speed. Peristaltic tubing is only required within the pumping head; any standard tubing can be attached before and after the pumping head.
