This syringe heater kit features Thermo-Kinetic heat clamping for syringes that require temperature-controlled dispensing up to 185°C. The syringe heater monitors and displays the temperature measured on the primary heating pad. While regulating the temperature, the heat clamping will hold the set temperature. Thermo-Kinetic Mode reduces temperature swings and tightens the heat clamping at the set temperature by dynamically adjusting the heating by reacting to changes in the temperature measurement and rate of temperature change. The heaters have selectable temperature units of Celsius or Fahrenheit, precision control of temperature set point, non-volatile memory of all operating parameters, soft power switching for long life, and a power failure mode that restarts the heater active mode after a power interruption. They also include built-in security with a two-key press start and single-key press stop button, dual temperature sensors, microprocessor monitor and alarm mode cutoff relay, keypad lock-out mode with pin code, adjustable inactivity shut down timer, and remote monitoring with start and stop functions. To set up, disconnect the power cord and attach the primary heating pad to the larger connector (8-pin) on the end of the syringe heater control box, then wrap the heating pad around the syringe body. Each kit includes the heater control unit and primary heating pad with two thermocouple temperature sensors. Note: Each syringe heater control unit uses only the primary heating pad to sense temperature; all secondary heater pads connected to the same control unit will function according to the temperature on the primary heater pad. Use separate control units with primary heater pads for different temperatures or variable environments. Careful consideration should be taken when using secondary heater pads. Plugging more than 12 syringe heater pads onto one controller is not recommended. In countries where the voltage is above 130V, you must acquire a step-down transformer. Allocate 50 watts of power for each pad.
