This lid fits the #3048 2 gallon bucket and must be put on the bucket with a mallet for a proper fit. The tear-band design provides easy opening and tamper evidence, and the gasket provides a secure seal for liquids. The lid is recessed for stacking stability and has reinforced ribs for strength. The tapered design of the lid allows for nesting.
