Returns

Returns are easy for most merchandise received in the past 30 days. To begin the process, please fill out the return form below.

Unless a mistake was made on our part, the customer bears the responsibility for return shipping. The amount credited back will be for the product's cost only, not for the initial or return shipping costs. Products returned must be in new condition and not used. Customers will receive their refund on the same payment method used to place the order. Additionally, the following restocking fees will be deducted on items returned after 30 days:

15% at 31-89 days
25% at 90-179 days
50% at 180-364 days
Not returnable for credit after 12 months

Drop ship item return policies may vary depending on the vendor.
