How do I pick up my order at your store?

If you live near our retail store in Lima, Ohio, you have the option of picking up your order up at our store to save on shipping costs. Just choose the Store Pickup option while selecting your shipping method during checkout. This method excludes all drop ship items since they are not stocked at our location.

Once we process your order, we will contact you about a pickup time. During normal business hours, your order will usually be ready within two hours. Our stores hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
