This advanced high-performance formulation sealing and glazing compound is ideal for most OEM and maintenance applications. It forms a strong, durable, weather-resistant seal and provides excellent adhesion to most porous and non-porous surfaces. It can adhere to metal, aluminum, glass, ceramic, porcelain, marble, fiberglass, most types of wood, some plastics, painted surfaces, non-oily surfaces, brick, stone, masonry, and many other common building materials. It does not adhere well to Teflon™-coated materials, polyethylene, polypropylene, or methyl methacrylate. The sealant is excellent for many industrial and construction applications, formed-in-place gasket applications, walk-in freezer manufacturing, RV and trailer manufacturing, countertop installation, bathroom installation and sealing, HVAC, and sheet metal. Note: The surface must be clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, grease, oil, mildew, wax, loose paint, frost, and old caulking before application. Avoid applications in total confinement as sealant cures through contact with atmospheric moisture.
